Then this class is for you. Messy Spirituality was written for the silent majority of us who have been convinced that we just don’t do Christianity right. Michael dares to suggest that imperfection, unfinishedness, and messiness are, in fact, the earmarks of true Christianity; that real Christianity is messy, erratic, lopsided…and gloriously liberating.

Messy Spirituality will be available at Viva Books, 8407 Broadway (inside the Loop) – 826-1143 and the cost is $12.99. It is not necessary to have the book to participate in the class.

A class for enquirers, newcomers and
those wanting a refresher about the Episcopal Church.
What does it mean to be an Episcopalian?
Why do we worship the way we do on Sundays?
What does our liturgy mean?
Who is the parish of St. David's?
How does one become more involved in the life of the parish?
If any of these questions sparks your interest to learn more about Christianity, the Episcopal tradition and St. David's Episcopal Church, plesae come to St. David's 101 beginning Sunday, March 21, at 9:15 am. This five week course ends on Confirmation Sunday, May 2, when those who wish are confirmed by the Bishop.
