At St. David’s Episcopal Church, outreach is an expression of Christ’s transformative love in action. We are called to serve our neighbors with compassion, generosity, and hope, with a particular focus on supporting vulnerable children and addressing food insecurity in our community.

We live out this mission in several ways:

• Serving alongside our mission partners through volunteer opportunities, hands-on service, and shared resources. Our partners include Corazon Ministries, Snack Pak 4 Kids, Good Samaritan Community Services, and many others.
• Sharing our campus, gifts, and talents with St. David’s Episcopal School and community organizations that enrich and strengthen the lives of those we serve.
• Giving generously through parish-wide drives, direct financial support, and special outreach initiatives that benefit our mission partners and the Diocese of West Texas.

Together, we seek to be the hands and feet of Christ - serving our community, building relationships, and sharing God’s love with the world.

CORAZON MINISTRIES

We have expanded our partnership with Corazón Ministries, and St. David's now serves as the "Fifth Sunday Breakfast Team" at Travis Park Church. This is an incredible organization and a wonderful opportunity to serve and give back to the unhoused in downtown San Antonio. The time commitment is typically 7:00 - 10:30 a.m., and the fifth Sundays in 2026 are in March, May, July, and November.
